This policy covers all top management commitments related to quality, product safety, food-contact packaging, product defense, and the prevention of food fraud. As a company operating in the packaging manufacturing sector, we adopt as our core principle the production of safe, hygienic, and high-quality packaging by taking into account customer expectations, applicable regulations, and all safety requirements related to food-contact materials.

HYGIENE AND PRODUCTION PRACTICES

Throughout all production, storage, and shipment processes, product safety risks originating from physical, chemical, biological, radiological, and allergen sources are identified, controlled, and regularly monitored. All operations are carried out in accordance with general hygiene standards.

ACCESS TO PRODUCTION AREAS

Access to production areas is controlled. Entry of visitors, suppliers, and contractors is carried out in accordance with established procedures, and the use of appropriate personal protective equipment is mandatory.

FOREIGN MATERIAL CONTROL

To prevent physical contamination risks, the use of materials such as glass, brittle plastics, wood, and similar items is restricted in production areas. Equipment that must be used is regularly inspected.

PERSONAL HYGIENE AND WORKING RULES

The use of appropriate work clothing and protective equipment is mandatory in production areas. The use of jewelry and personal items that may pose a risk to product safety is not permitted.

SMOKING AND FOOD CONSUMPTION RULES

Smoking, eating, and drinking are prohibited in production and storage areas. These rules apply to all employees, visitors, and contractors.

EMPLOYEE HEALTH

Regular health checks are conducted for all employees. Personnel showing signs of infectious diseases are removed from production areas and directed to the necessary medical procedures.

MANAGEMENT COMMITMENT

This policy is communicated to all employees, its understanding is ensured, and its implementation is regularly monitored.

As Ser Pak Ambalaj, we adopt a risk-based approach regarding product defense (Food Defense), prevention of food fraud (VACCP), ethical rules, and regulatory compliance. We conduct necessary analyses and implement preventive measures. The effectiveness of these processes is regularly reviewed.

In line with this policy, necessary procedures, instructions, and records are established and implemented. The defined commitments are transformed into measurable objectives, monitored, and continuously improved.
