To follow modern technological developments in the packaging production sector in which we operate, to prioritize communication and training in order to improve the knowledge and skills of our employees, to meet the needs and expectations of our customers by providing hygienic conditions at every stage of production, to convey information about product safety to the public, consumers and suppliers, and/or to request this information, to offer quality and hygienic products; In this regard, we undertake to comply with the legal regulations, the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and BRCGS standards, to continuously improve its effectiveness and to ensure that the following sub-policies are fulfilled.
HYGIENE POLICY
To determine the physical, chemical and biological product safety hazards at every stage of the products we offer to our customers, to take them under control, and to ensure that they are produced in accordance with health and hygiene rules.
PHYSICAL APPEARANCE AND JEWELRY POLICY
It is not allowed to enter the production areas without a protective apron or cap. No jewelry may be used while working in production areas. Aprons are clean and bonnets are used so that they completely cover the ears and hair.
SMOKING AND FOOD POLICY
Smoking, eating and drinking is prohibited in our production and storage areas and locker rooms. Warning signs are hung in visible places. It is ensured that visitors and subcontractors comply with this rule.
ENTRY POLICY TO PRODUCTION AREAS
Our visitors and suppliers enter our production areas by wearing special aprons, bonnets and subject to the visitor control question list.
FOREIGN MATERIAL POLICY
Glass, breakable plastic materials, wood and wire materials have been removed from use in our production areas in order to prevent foreign materials that may cause physical contamination (except for obligatory ones). Mandatory use, existing glass and breakable plastic materials, metal equipment are under protection.
STAFF'S HEALTH CONTROLS POLICY
Periodic health examinations of the personnel are carried out. In cases of contagious diseases, upper respiratory tract infections, diarrhea, nausea, coughing and sneezing, it is removed from the production area by the production manager and sent to health control. In order to be protected from pandemic diseases, the rules determined by the regulations published by the Ministry of Health and Provincial Hygiene are followed.
