We recommend the following packing procedure;

-Line a polyethylene bag(1) covering bottom and sides of the carton or wooden box(2) in a such a way that it can later be folded over grapes is the US market,this bag must have holes fort he required methly bromide fumigation.

-Put on the bottom a humidity and shock absorbing material such as paper board or others(3).

-Place in both sides tissue paper(4) to avoid the excess of humidity.

-Pack each bunch (5) in tissue paper or polybags(6) and place in the boxs.Avoid the excess of plastic material on the grapes and the grape guard(8).Place  a paper board(3) over the grape guard to keep a constant moisture level around it.

-Fold over the polyethylene bag(1) to comletely enclose grapes guard and other packing materials.Lid the box and rapidly cool to 0C(32F).Store and ship at 0C (32F) avoiding temperature varitions.
